• Plasma Field: 2,3,5,7
• Static Link: 1,12,13,14
• Unstable Current: 4,8,9,10
• Eye of the Storm: 6,11,16

Start with one level of Static Link for cheap harrassment. Plasma Field is your main nuke and thus maxed first, followed by Unstable Current. Use Plasma Field to co-initiate or kill. Use Eye of the Storm to push or support you killing - it's cheap enough and way to unreliable to wait for a special situation.

• Power Threads (Agi/Str)
• Mask of Madness

Magic Wand is used for burst regen and to scout some spells (like Kunkkas Torrent f.e.) while Linken's Sphere assists your over-time regen, while giving you usefull stats and blocking single target spells so you're not singled out easily in a team fight. Power Threads are the best type of boots for you since they give attack speed and health. Lifeleech is probably the best orb you can get, and the benefits you get from Mask of Madness are undeniably usefull; don't activate it if you didn't pull of a proper Static Link.
