Fo(r)k Lightning altExcellent for farming, finishing of heroes and so.

Voo(d)oovoodoo Nice disable, it isnt channeld like the next one, it just got nerfed by a bit BUT won't matter much. Keep in mind it destroys illusions.
Shackl(e)sShackles Channeling spell, nice disable. You can grab an enemy and let your team destroy him while you watch.
Mass Serpent (W)ards mswThis, your ulti, makes you really dangerous, this will be used to push towers ftw! WARD TRAP: this is very VERY important, and massive gank.

ZOMG! YOU NOOB! WHY GET THIS?!?!? Ok so, this build makes you rely on ward trap early game. Therefore without lightning in the fisrt stages of the game we will have enough mana to get a kill just popping lvl 6. With this build you will gank like a master early /mid game, you can dual gank and still you will be able to escape ganks. I personally use this build because I go for a Rhasta that will just help his team get many kills and pop out a kill or two if possible, at lvl 11~ you will be able to almost perma disable heroes.

This is pretty much a normal and balanced build on Rhasta, get lvl 4 lightning fast for a good nuke and for farming low hp creeps! Voodoo after that, and 1 level on shackles on first, you get 2.5 sec disable. Comparing it to voodoo, Shackles is way longer disable, but is channeling. Voodoo lvl 1 has a 1.25 sec disable and well at lvl 4 3.5, Shackles have 1.25 secs more at level 4. Wards when you can same as always.

Item Build :

As CORE items:

phasebootsPhase Boots:Armor nerfed, Phase duration buffed (and balanced by the fact that its cooldown got nerfed) finishing off with a nice:

+70 movement speed

+16 damage

+5 armor

Phase: 6 sec, 12 cd, +10% ms and ignores unit pathing

Costs: 1550coin

*Excellent for ganking and synergizes pretty well with the fact that you can get blocked by creeps while trying to disable or ward trap. Armor helps you pretty well and you don’t need mana to use Phase. E-A-S-Y to build.

bracerBracer(2x):Nothing much to say about this item, you are fragile, needing of hp.

+12 Strength
+6 Agility
+6 Intelligence
Costs:1100 coin

This is pretty much it. This next items are good options, depending on what your team needs or what you want to play as.

-Disabler much?
eulsEul's Scepter of Divinity:This is my personal choice after bracers and phase boots. You get:

+16 Intelligence
+100% mana regeneration
+20 movement speed
Cyclone (Ward Trap has never been easier)

Costs: 2925coin

*It comes in small pieces so it is easy to build. To gank? Simple process:

  1. Euls
  2. Ward right below the cyclone (just click on the cyclone with wards)
  3. Watch him fall into your trap *evil laugh
  4. When he realizes he cant kill wards to escape you can either hex or shackles
(I recommend voodoo, then shackles. Why? Voodoo's cooldown is shorter, therefore you can voodoo (thats 3.5 secs maxed) then wait a sec while he is out of shock (he will panic maybe :P) Shackles (4.75 secs maxed) that gives us about 8.25 secs disabled. Wait 4 secs to voodoo again :D)

sheepstickGuinsoo'sScythe of Vyse:I get this after Eul's just for the sake of seeing enemy heroes rage quitting. Why? Complete the combo?

  1. (it is supposed to be a 5 -.-) Ok so remember we had to wait 4 secs? NO MORE!! This sheep stick disables for about 3.5 secs so there you go! when you finish this you can voodoo again! and shackles again! and if things get ugly... euls again! (you wont run out of mana that easily because you have euls and guinsoo (imba mana regen))

+35 Intelligence
+10 Strength
+10 Agility
+200% mana regeneration
Hex (active)

*This steps are for 1v1 combat, in team fights you can disable almost the whole team :O for some secs

Costs: 5675 coin

-So you are telling me you need power, right?

aghsAghanim's Scepter:This item got buffed (hellyea)now this item is more viable than ever!So well, get this and you get 2 more wards *oooooouuuuh*More firepower (that means 2 more 69-73damage).

+10 All Atributes
+200 HP
+150 mana
Ultimate Upgrade (passive)

Costs: 4300 (<---win)coin

fresharRefresher Orb:This is great for pushing but really... PUSHING! If you are skilled enough you can voodoo one, hex another one and ward trap both :O OR (if you have euls) euls one and save the hex for another hero :).

+5 HP/sec regeneration
+200% mana regeneration
+40 damage
Reset Cooldowns (Active)

Costs: 5300 coin
