Strategies:
OK, so if it's a 5-on-5, 4-on-4, or 3-on-3 game
go bottom, if its just a 1-on-1 or 2-on-2 game go middle

Full set game(3-on-3 or above):
stay bottom with another person(or AI)and just keep killing creeps...when you reach lvl 5 you can start hitting the tower safely(assuming your following the skill guide)...once you destroy the tower[to last hit use your shrapnel(or as called in the older version scatter shot]move forward...if you encounter an enemy 1-on-1 or if the enemies are more than you(excluding creeps)...RUN!!!!!Just keep doing this and you will win!!!If the enemy will still stay on that lane though, move to a different lane...if you follow this guide you will win!!

Small game(a 2-on-2 or 1-on-1):
just do the same thing except do it in the center...

Advanced:
If you don't want to go back because of healing or mana regen. just capture a rune with your empty bottle!
Killing heroes:
OK, for this you need to be in a team, first of all do not use assassinate until their life is low enough!!!you just have to work with your team to lower the life with skill and attacks... He will then start to run away once his life is low (this is your cue to use assassinate!!!) and he is DEAD!!!
