dsbn here. This is my second guide. It's mainly to shed some light on this hero's roles in the game as well as showing ways to unleash his potential. I've tried him recently, and I can attest to his strength. Anyway, lets begin:

IV. Pros and Cons
(+)
-Above average movespeed
-High starting armor
-High starting STR
-High starting AGI and AGI gain
-Can easily get first blood
-Blade Fury is one of the strongest non- ultimate skills in- game
-Highest critical proc rate in- game at 36% for 2x damage.
-Ulti is potentially deadly to any lone enemy
(-)
-Low starting INT and INT gain
-Low starting base damage
-Item dependent
-Easily countered by Ghost Scepter and Decrepify
-Not as effective during team fights
As you can see, he doesn't have many cons, and is in fact a great hero already. Most of his cons are equally distributed throughout the different parts of the game so there isn't much to worry about.
V. Skill Build Justification
Blade Fury
Deals 80/100/120/140 damage in a 250 AOE around Yurnero for 5 seconds. Yurnero is magic immune while using this skill. Costs 110 mana and has a 30/28/26/24 second cooldown. Due to magic resistance, total damage dealt is 325/400/475/550.
Healing Ward
Summons a Healing Ward that lasts for 25 seconds. Heals all allied non-mechanical units for 1%/2%/4%/5% of their total HP per second. Costs 80/100/120/140 mana and has a cooldown of 60 seconds. AOE of heal is 500. 350 cast range.
Blade Dance
Passively give a 10%/18%/26%/36% chance to deal 2x damage.
Omnislash
Yurnero moves around the battlefield slashing random enemies in a 425 AOE. Each slash deals 150-250 Hero type damage and slashes 3(*5)/5(*7)/8(*10) times. The first slash has a ministun. Costs 200/275/350 mana and has a cooldown of 130(*110)/120(*100)/110(*90) seconds. Has a cast range of 450. *shows improved values with Aghanims Scepter.
VI. Item Build and Game Phases Justification
Game Start:

Getting Stout Shield allows us to tank damage while using Blade Fury. 2 sets of Tangoes are enough for regen.
When it comes to laning, never go for mid. PLEASE.
Now I'll explain how your skills are effective at different parts of the game.

During early game, you have a different goal compared to other heroes. Having one of the strongest non- ultimate skills in- game makes you a good candidate for a first blood attempt, and we shall achieve that by using Blade Fury properly. In today's meta- game, people now understand that the only sure way a Yurnero can kill is by isolating his target, which is why they don't go away from their creeps anymore, unless another wave is coming. This is where you have to learn not to depend on your ulti.

Not really recommended early game, unless you plan to support. The recent change to its manacost by reducing it to 80 at level 1 makes it more viable though. Still, 1% of 500-600HP can only heal you 5-6HP per second. Better get a RoH for permanent regen. Note that a Tango heals you for about the same amount a level 1 Healing Ward does during the early levels.

Blade Dance is good only if you have enough IAS. It's not as effective early game since 2x your attack damage early on is roughly 80-100 damage. Until the time comes that your crit will deal more damage then a Blade Fury, at which point you will be getting it, stick with stats as it gives you more damage for crit, more IAS, more mana, and more strength to be a bit beefier.

Ah. Your ulti. A level 1 Omnislash is very effective against a lone hero who roughly has 75% HP remaining. Aside from the fact that it deals a constant interval of 150-250 damage, it deals PHYSICAL damage as well. Early on, all heroes have puny armor, which means you will deal more damage every slash. Have fun!
As for items, Yurnero can actually fit a lot of roles and thus wield any item that seems fitting for the situation. Here I will name some.

Ah yes. The Aghanims Scepter. Usually gotten after your core, which is not stated here since your core may range from a Clarity, to a Divine. Yes, he's that versatile in terms of roles in a team, as well as keeping him useful. Getting Aghanims can mean one of two things: You love the shiny sword effect OR, you hate your enemies to the point that 8 slashes are just not enough. Then again, if you're Yurnero, it never is.
Best goes with this item:
10 Slashes +55 IAS gives you EVEN MORE SLASHES, not by increasing the count, but making it possible for Yurnero to attack within a 0.4 second interval which is really fast.
VII. Allies and Enemies
Allies:

Stunners are your best lane and team partners. Never leave home without one.

Everyone with a slow can be good as well. Heroes with a slow usually have more than one disable.
Enemies:

He's a counter to everyone. Just avoid him until he dooms someone else.

An AOE Doom. His combo, though only last a short while, deals a shitload of damage if you're caught in it, and no amount of spell immunity can save you.

Decrepify! Not good. A single skill counters your whole gameplay already.
Funny Enemies:

What you need to work effectively is to isolate a hero so that Omnislash is maximized on a single target, and Pudge helps you with that. By all means, let him hook you. Fury his ass and he won't be able to do a thing. Dismember works but deals no damage. Once he's done chowing down on you, Omnislash. Your enemy just helped you get a kill.

Hero Introduction
The Juggernaut has taken his skills with a blade to new levels. Spinning with it outstretched in a Fury, Yunero becomes immune to magic and deals great damage around himself, allowing him to be efficiently aggressive if timed well. He will frequently slash at Critical points on the body to deal twice his damage, and can provide a Healing Ward in more tranquil times. The Juggernaut's ultimate attack is a fierce Omnislash, which slashes towards a target and then consecutively slashes at any targets within the area at random--extremely potent damage if concentrated, but potentially weak if dispersed amongst too many enemies.
Background Story
Slicing through armor with the greatest of ease. Whirling, dancing like a dervish, swiping foes with a flick of the wrist. Poetry in motion, slashing enemy upon enemy in the blink of an eye. Yurnero seeks perfection. Seeks to become one with his blade. All to fulfill his destiny as the unstoppable Juggernaut.

Without any stat points during early game, you won't even have mana to execute your combo correctly, that being to use Blade Fury (110 mana) to scare the enemy away from his creeps and using Omnislash (200 mana) to finish him. Without Stats, Yurnero only has 299 mana at Level 6. You need 310 mana. Blade Dance is gotten later after getting a few more Stat points for 2 reasons: 1. Stats increase our base damage as well as our IAS by a few points which would help in adding more normal attacks for our ulti as well as increasing the chances to land a critical hit and 2. Stats make us beefier so we can tank enough damage for our combo.
