This is my first guide, so it may not be the best, but i'll make it quick and reasonable.
I recently found out a good item and spell combination for Dragon Knight a.k.a. Knight Davion.
First you will take a mid solo lane. If you are unavailable for that, take a lane with a stunner or range hero that can protect you.
Make a good farm, because you must be a good farmer for a hero such as D.K.
Your starting items can be a Ring of Protection, few tangos (or healing salve) and a mana heal.

The reason i take ring of protection is because my first item is going to be a Sould Ring.

The next items would be: Phase boots -

(you need speed, davion is slow, if you go for Power treads, u will get a little hp and atack speed boost, but you don't need it, its my guide listen to me now!

), Mask of Madness -

(dominator is good, but you still hit slow remember? so stfu and listen

), and Armlet -

(thats the key item! It gives you a hit point, atack speed and damage boost!) You get the hp regen by the lifesteal from mask of madness. And when you combine these two - BOOM!!!

That's the core. You dont have to go buying one item at a time. For example, get the soul ring at regular boots of speed, then follow by mask of madness and a helm of Iron Will

(just don't be stupid enough to get a Dominator instead), and then Phase boots followed by the full armlet.
After that you can go for assault cuirass

, a Blade mail

. Reason for this is that Davion has big armour. So why go for much HP, you have been given some armor basic, now go and boost it untill you cant carry any more!
