-because with BoT and rearm, (boots of travel and his ult) he can be "anywhere" of the map in a second
-because early game he will rape fragile carries with his laser/missle combo
-because with his rearm he can reload all of his skills and most items in the game
-because without items late game, he gets MEGA RAPED by fragile carries that he raped early game
-because he has the LOWEST INT gain of all the intelligence heroes (and some str heroes, which is sad)
-because until he gets guinsoos, he has NO disable
-because of his fragility, he will be the #1 target in any gank
