Background Story
The fire that kindles eternally on the visage of the fallen Elven Archer proves to others that his undeath was a mere genesis. Clinkz seeks perfection in the arts of fletching and never hesitates in sacrificing his own allies for the cause. Still retaining his ability to move with the wind, he is ready to slay the enemy officers with his swiftness and precision in archery. The Fletcher fires arrows that scorch the target with the heat of the Underworld, bringing them closer and closer to their peril. An elvish archer in life, a nightmare in death.

Introduction
So we see that Clinkz has a stat growth of 6.15, which is good right? Who doesn't want stats? He has lots of burst damage, he is a glass cannon, and an effective late gamer

Skills

Strafe
For me, his basic, and most important skill, makes him shoot real fast and it last 10 secs!!

Searing Arrows
His offensive skill, can be taken or not(will be explained later)

Wind Walk
His escape/surprise/etc... skill, can be used for chasing, escaping, anything that includes using your feet that is done in DotA

Death Pact
His ultimate, pretty crappy for an ultimate, but still good when coupled with orchid

Justification
On normal build, you max out SA for maximum harass and burst damage, and then Strafe then Walk, but you take walk at lvl 1 in case of lvl 1 gank

On Alternate Build
Same as normal build but you don't take SA for stats, and if you go with this build, never use SA!!!

Item Build
When you play Clinkz, you choose a path with his items and stick with it, only stray from it when you're lvl 20 onward

Orchid gives us mana regen, for spamming SA, and always never going to fountain because of ulti and the silence and amplify is good(you can beat Anub'Seran, because he lapses when he's about to die, and then you silence him, so bye-bye)

pick top lane for scourge and bottom lane for senti, harass as much as you can, and do not get killed, and farm as much as you can
LVL 8-14
this is where you shine, time to gank as much as you can, and assassinate lone heroes, and always try to ks your enemy, you're the carry! you should have the money!!!!
LVL 15 onward
Kill as much as you can, you should have completed your build by now

This is fun, when you know someone is killing rosh, Wind Walk and steal the aegis from him,
