Viper depends on poison, and that�s not the best part, Viper is also good at chasing. He is a good chaser cause of his orb-walking and most importantly his ulti (short for ultimate/last skill/4th skill). Thus making them more vulnerable to be killed most often. Note that Viper can either be a tank or a carry.
So pretty much there are two builds for Viper (both item & skill build).

[+]Very useful ganker
[+]One of the best orb walkers in the game
[+]Near as great harasser as Huskar (my opinion)

Con�s:
[-]No escape skills
[-]Vulnerable to most attacks if not played right
