Boots of travel: If you want to be a pain in the ass for everybody pick theese if not go for arcane.
Linkens: Your little mana issue is gone and you have a good hp boost.
Manta or Sange and Yasha: Manta is to confuse and sange and yasha give you a good stat boost. Make your choice.

Fury Swipes is needed from the first moment, combined with overpower and used well this is the recipe for an ultrakill, earthshock is not needed in early game while you really need overpower and fury swipes to survive cause ursa is fragile in early game.
