Welcome to my guide to the Nerubian Weaver. Please bear with me as this is my first ever hero guide and my English is not perfect. The reason I wanted to write a guide to Nerubian Weaver was the fact that many don't know how to play with him properly and I see most people repick this guy whenever they get him in random. I personally really like Weaver and I think there isn't a really good guide for him right now. That's why I wrote this guide. I hope you you'll like it.
Your comments, criticisms, suggestions, and questions are most certainly welcome.
~AnubīSeran's Story
Anub'seran. The name of this creature strikes fear into all of those who have seen the Nerubians. Even the famed assassin Anub'arak is hesitant to fight this beast, which comes from the plane of the spirit world. He can swiftly walk through his enemies, bending their bodies to his will, causing pain while he strides through them. With his powers over the timeless plane, he can also step inside and throw himself into the past to keep himself from death. He can call an attack from the future to strike his foes, making his onslaught more deadly. Anub'seran. Only the fools do not fear his name.

The Swarm
A swarm of 12 beetles will move towards the target point, each latching onto an enemy unit that it comes into contact with. Each unit will only get latched onto by one creature maximum. This skill reduces enemies armor and its great for boosting you DPS. Use it before the battles.
Shukuchi
Causes the Nerubian Weaver to move so fast as to become invisible. Any units passed through will take damage. Lasts 4 seconds. Nuke, an escape mechanism, a chasing skill and an anti-stun (for projected stuns only) all in one spell. This may also be used to avoid being hit by the tower. Raises your ms to 522!
Geminate Attack
Occasionally the Nerubian Weaver will send out two swarms, attacking an opponent twice. You must do an ordered attack to activate this. This is your main harassing skill, just keep it in mind that it will proc when you issue an ordered attack.
Time Lapse
Warps the Weaver 5 seconds back in time, resetting the HP, Mana and position. Does not affect cooldown, gold or experience. If you use this spell properly there is no way that you will die consistently in a game. Upon activating removes negative buffs.

Time Lapse is gotten whenever possible.
Item Build
Starting Items
You should buy 2 slippers of agility because it grants you last hitting power and nice armor which you need a lot (You start the game with 1 armor). 2 GG branch are gotten for stats and the fact that they ensure a good game. Tangos and Salves for healing.
Get some cheap stat and protection items, you already have 2 slippers of agility and 2 Ironwood branches, so use them to get magic wand, wraith band or poor man's shield. Then complete power treads since its the only thread Weaver should get. Radiance must be rushed ASAP. Radiance is made for Weaver! Radiance gives a high damage and a burning aura which synergizes with Shukuchi. Also great for farming.
The reason I split these items from luxury is the fact that they are more important than simple luxuries, so after completing the core you should either get Butterfly or Skadi, or perhaps both depending on situation. Take a look at how Skadi works with Geminate attack:
If you have issued an attack command, Cold attack takes effect on all normal attacks, except for those where Geminate Attack triggers. It also takes effect on all Geminate Attacks's bonus shots.
Monkey King Bar is a good DPS item specially if the enemy team has evasion. Also the mini-stun can be used to stop channeling spells. Buriza-Do Kyanon is also a nice DPS boost. Assault Cuirass not only fixes your armor problems, but also gives amazing attack speed along with armor reduction witch works well with The Swarm. Heart can be gotten for raw HP since its the best item for this purpose out there. Nerubian Weaver is one of the best Divine Rapier carriers, so if you want to risk and the game is uber long, you can get it.
You are ranged, you should not get these items, not even in dreams!
Strategy
Early Game
You can either solo or go to a dual lane, if you are going to a dual lane you should Always choose bottom lane for Sentinel and top lane for Scourge because creeps battle much farther from the enemy tower. In this case you can Shukuchi for harassing without worrying about being sighted by the tower. Focus on last hitting, try also denying but if you are to choose between farming and denying, by all means farm because its much more important. Use Geminate attack both for harassing and last hitting.
You are a fragile hero. Thanks to your Shukuchi you are most likely to survive. But don't spam Shukuchi for farming because that would be most impractical. Use it for escaping and chasing enemy heroes. If you are up against a stunner, like Skeleton King, or any other heroes that have a projected stun, use Shukuchi before it hits you. You will dodge both the damage and the stun. Don’t try to chase a hero up to their tower before level 6, that would be suicidal.
Chaser is your main role early game. When you Shukuchi, wait till it wears off or you are revealed, you should be ahead of your enemy when doing this. Always give the order of the attack in order to activate geminate attack, don't wait for Weaver to attack himself.
You can dodge towers projectile as well. Just Shukuchi before the tower's projectile hits you, it will deal no damage. Make sure that the tower has already launched the projectile before you cast Shukuchi because if you cast Shukuchi and the projectile has yet to be launched, it will damage you.
Mid Game
By now you should already be in the process of farming radiance. Team battles should start by now, but remember that you are not a tank so you should not initiate! just wait and go for low hp heroes and fragile support heroes and casters. After getting radiance things will be much more easier. So start killing! Also don't forget using The Swarm just before the clash starts, it has a perfect range.
Late Game
Again, in team battles, you must chase and kill fleeing enemy heroes. This will help your teammates a lot because enemy team will be short on numbers so you can push. Also scout with shukuchi to make sure blink initiators can't do their job, thanks to radiance you can do it well.
you are a hero killer. Use this to your advantage. Hunt down enemies who are alone. With your Time Lapse, you can escape if things get out of hand so you can attempt later. Once the enemy team is one hero short you may be able to push. and With Shukuchi and Radiance creep wakes are a joke for you.
Additional Strategy
Using Shokuchi Properly
Shukuchi is Weaver's main skill, you will be using this skill a lot during each game, it has many purposes such as harassing and escaping.
Harassing
For harassing just go to the upper mark and return to your previous location but always do it when there is a low hp creep so you will get its gold as well. If you want to kill your target start attacking him from the upper mark and begin chasing him.
Escaping
If you want to escape someone you should run and don’t hit him, because he’ll know then where you’re and where you’re running.
Chasing
In this situation run to the mark grab the rune and start attacking the hero. It should be always like this, Hit the hero with shukuchi, go ahead of them and start attacking, continue this until possible.
Activating Geminate Attack
Geminate Attack will only be activated, if you rightclick or press 'A' and leftclick on an opponent or make attackwalk by pressing 'A' and leftclick on the ground.
Last hitting
Notice the creep with low HP. Right click on it to activate Geminate Attack directly. Even if the first attack won’t kill the creep directly, the second will.
Harassing
When Geminate Attack is cooled down, Rightclick on the opponent then, wait for the first attack which is out and click back. The second attack will get out immediately, if you timed right
Importance of Time Lapse
Whenever you lost a lot of HP in short time you must immediately activate time lapse. Timing time lapse determines who is a good Nerubian Weaver player.

When losing a lot of hp in a situation like above immediately mash the 'T' button and active time lapse:
