Balanar, Ownage at Night
Balanar is a good ganker, especially at night. When he's on scene, dying is a matter of time. He is a strength hero, which means he is good at pawning.Balanar's Skills
1. Void (You need to upgrade this skill at the beginning. Crippling Fear is just for silencing at later games and for Hunter in the Night, you don't need to worry yet. There's long time left until it's night)
2. Crippling Fear (You need to upgrade this after you upgraded Void and Hunter in the Night because this isn't so much needed unless you are against intelligence hero)
3. Hunter in the Night (This is a great passive skill. This skill is needed pretty much after Void in order to gank other heroes. No Hunter in the Night, No Pawning Parade)
4. Darkness (You might want to upgrade this before you upgrade Crippling Fear. You only need to use this when it is REALLY needed - when you are about to get pawned or when you are about to pawn others and they are running away - at daytime and use this as many times as you can at night time cause it will increase your night time. Technically, it stops the time to be night time meaning that it will be the same time as before you use Darkness)

Early Game (Lvl 1 ~ 6
You need to stay out of other heroes' sight because he is fairly weak at the beginning. When you see a hero coming into your way, just run away and find another lane unless you think you can kill him but it is good to run away.
Mid Game (Lvl 7 ~ 16)
You might want to wait a bit more until it is night and when it becomes night, now, it's your time to dominate. I actually pawned all three heroes alone at lvl 10 when it was night. And don't work too hard to pawn them cause if they gang bang you, even if you are higher lvl then them, you will feel difficult to get your way out.
Late Game (Lvl 17 ~ 25)
You might was dominating at night but when your level is high, they should be also unless you are on one on one and you pawned them like ten thousand times. So you should get ready to hunt Roshan down when you are level 20. Before other players pawn you, you should chase them until hell to pawn them.
Good Ally
It really depends how you play but I recommend Vengeful Spirit to pawn them easy enough. When they are running away, she can use her ulti when you pawn him.

Don't need to follow 'EXACTLY' the same as I put because it is just what I like but I am just recommending you what to buy but if you wanna buy it exactly the same, follow the exact order also.

2. Van Guard (This is a 'MUST' item for Night Stalker! Don't ask, just buy)
3. Sange and Yasha
4. Blade Mail (Hood of Defiance when the opponent is intelligence)
5. Sell Power Thread, buy Boots of Travel
6. Luxuries! (I recommend you to buy Heart of Tarrasque, Blood Stone or Butterfly)
