Not gonna bore you with hero stats and stuff, you all know the skills and the attributes, so i don't want any yanking about that.
Introduction
Hi this is my first guide. The reason I did Leoric is because he is very simple to play. but the only problems are is mana, people usually have problems with levelling the spells. But here I will show you which skill will be usefull, and which skill you should level at certain moments.
He can be anything
He can be a tank (Reincarnation, Str)
He can be a support (Vampiric aura, Stun)
He can be carry (Critical Strike+Vampiric Aura= Awesomeness)
Background story
Once a noble knight protecting his kingdom, the man was thrown into Hell, where he was ripped apart over and over for centuries. Now, Lucifer has thrown him back onto the soil, corrupted and mindless, as King Leoric, the Skeleton King. He marches on, leading his minions with an unfaltering gaze, knowing only one thing: the orders given to him by the dark lord himself. Able to cripple his opponents by drawing power from the fiery depths of hell itself, King Leoric is a major threat on the battlefield. His mighty blade allows him and others in his presence to drain the blood of their enemies. It is said that he is unkillable, and those who are struck down by his hellfire don't wake up again.
When to pick
If your team lacks any tank, support or carry
If you wanna play by him
and for many reasons, as he will only become help, and he s not useless
When not to pick
If your team already have enough tank
If your enemy team has mana drains
If someone already picked him
Skill build
It depends on how you wanna play him
Firstly I'll tell you how I play
1) Hellfire Blast

10) Critical Strike

12-14) Vampiric Aura

However if you wanna push more than killing enemy heroes you might want to max up your vampiric aura instead of critical strike, since it will also give your ally life steal, so you'll become a great support. But it also have it's drawback, since it's an aura, it will also affect your creeps, which means the battle will usually be near the enemy tower, so you are more likely to get ganked, so make sure your ally is a hero who has a escape skil or something before leveling up Vampiric Aura.
I would always recommend you max Hellfire Blast first, since it stuns and thanks to the changelog, it slows now, so it's much easire to gank, chase or escape.
Beginning items
If you are going mid laneIf you are going dual lane
Combination of these items will help a lot
And since you're going dual lane, you've got a shop next to you, so you can just upgrade and upgrade your items frequently.
Core
These items are very very effective
You don't need anything else in mid game, coz you can turn
to useful many items, such as 
, which are all welcome for Leoric.To go into the extensions, just start selling from the bracers.

Mana and Replenish, spam hellfire blast, its a complete harassment.Extension
HP, Str, HP regen. you know what I mean.
AS, Armor and -Armor for enemies. Critical strike will go deep in.
Suitable for every str heroes.
Combined with Cuirass your strikes will be too much too handleOr
Combined with your Vampiric Aura, Lifesteal will be awesome.
Very good item for Leoric, unless he's disabled, the hp won't go down even with armlet as lifesteal is always there. ATTENTION! Pick your items from the list depending on the game! You may want to choose other items, since these are only suggestions, but choose your items depending on the enemy, and your allies.
Friends
Any hero is a friend, but make sure they dont get in your way.
But heroes with long disables such as
are best, only then your critical strikes will trigger lot of times. Foes

If ur hp is half, you can kiss your ass goodbye, he can kill instantly no matter what hp you have as long as it is HALF!
Not gonna bore you with how you should play in
Early
Mid
Late games. You should play how you wanna play, but try gank, kill a lot. If an enemy hero dies in your lane, you should just go for the tower! don't waste time looking for other heroes to kill, coz you have vampiric aura, so its much easier to get towers.
