Puck is a squishy int initiator hero with a very good mobility. She is a challenging hero to play with. She can evade spells if used correctly, Almost all of her spells is AoE which makes her perfect for initiating, She shines in early-mid stages of the game like any other spell casters. Because of her mobility, she can also perform roles perfectly like a ganker/roamer, she is one of the safest initiator ever if paired with a dagger, this guide is focused for readers to unlock the full potential of this beautiful looking butterfly/dragon hero.

When to pick
- if you want to play aggressively to the safest way possible
- if you want to evade spells like you have a linken's sphere
- if the team needs a ranged initiator
- if you wanted to hit enemies like pro mirana arrows without stun and bigger AoE

When not to pick
- if the opponents side of the table has too many silencing spells
- if you dont have good reflexes and decision making
-

Pro's
- has a spell that can help you either initiate or escape
- has a spell that can evade projectiles and other spells if used well
- has many AoE spells perfect for initiating
- most safest hero to initiate with if paired with a blink dagger
- item independent hero

Con's
- A squishy initiator
- can easily be raped if disabled
- Silence is the only thing that screws everything for this hero

- Sends a magic orb flying down a straight path damaging everything in its way. At any time during the life of the orb the Faerie Dragon may teleport up to it, taking its place.

This is your spell for initiating, this spell has a semi-blink like effect for you cant teleport wherever your orb if eternal jaunt is used, make sure to use it on its before 3 sec because the traveling orb would reach the full distance which makes the orb vanish.

- Teleports you to the illusory orb

This subskill gives puck a good initiating skill/escape skill, it also completes illusory orb, because without it, illusory orb is just a normal nuke spell. Remember to click this spell if you wanted to either initiate or escape. In other words, a free dagger

- Releases Puck's mystical faerie dust around him dealing damage and silencing enemies.

This spell requires 3 things. 1. good positioning for initiating, since it only damages and silences enemies if they around you 2. Timing, so you can cancel channeling spells such as epicenter, sandstorm, black hole etc. It can also cancel non channeling spells if its casting time is very slow. and 3. A positioning spell, such as illusory orb itself, and also dagger and forcestaff.

- Shifts the Faerie Dragon out of existence for a brief period, temporarily avoiding any further damage.

Free linkens sphere. This spell can evade projectiles and many other spells if used correctly such as Stormbolt, Magic Missile, Laguna Blade, Ravage, etc. , this spell only requires 1 thing, fast reaction. Whenever a spell is going to hit you, you must be fast enough to dodge it manually, since phase shift was changed from later versions(from autocast free linkens to manual casts free linkens) but autocast phase can also evade projectiles such as mirana's arrow and normal attack.

- Puck's powerful imagination engulfs an area, creating coils of volatile magic that damages and stuns enemy unit as it latches on to them. Stretching the coils beyond 600 range causes it to snap and deal additional damage and stun time.

The spell that completes his initiating skill. A blink, a silence, and now this, a stun. But this spell is no ordinary min-stun, it has 3 purposes. 1. Casting this first will ensure that you land all other spells on the enemy inside it (Dont underestimate its cast range). 2. It will force the enemy to stay a full 5 sec inside it to avoid being damaged or go out in the AoE and be damaged and stun(which by the way is a win-win situation). and 3. Canceling TP's.
