Introduction
First of all, I'm Asian, so if the grammar's wrong, don't mind to correct it. And I'm not really good at playin' dota, not a noob, but I'm in the 'weak' category. Anyway, I know a little much about Sven, so enjoy!

Sven is a really strong hero. His strength are incredible

Skill Build
First of all, the skills are :
Storm Bolt
At level 4 : 140 manacost, 325 damage, 600 casting range, 255 AOE, 2 second stun. For complete info, click here.
This is the most important skill for Sven. First, it's range, and its AOE. And it has a 2 second stun. In early games, it can be used for early kills if you used it right and last hitting (OMG!) with a right item. It's really worth it for 140 manacost.
Great Cleave
At level 4 it has 50% cleave in a circular area in front of Sven. It affects magic immune units. For complete info, click here.
Pick this skill at the end of mid game to late game. This skill only useful when you have more damage. But this skill will chop an entire wave to a crisp when the time comes. It also can be used for killing multiple heroes at a time. A good skill.

Warcry
At level 4 it has 25 manacost, 18 cooldown, 700 AOE, 6 second duration of 12% increased speed and 12 armor plus. For complete info, click here.
A skill for survival (Including retreating) and chasing. A neat skill to activate be4 engaging enemies or someone in your team in danger. But usually I only used it for it's MS. I got the armor from items.
God Strength
At level 3 you got 25 seconds 150% damage added from your strength for 200 mana. It has 80 seconds cooldown. It has 0.3 casting time. For complete info, click here.
This skill what makes you have more muscle to crush your foe to dust. 150% damage add for 25 seconds makes you kill someone really easy. But usually when we cast it our enemy will run, so make sure you have enough move speed and have your storm bolt. This skill can be stopped by purge.

First, we maxed the Storm Bolt first, take God Strength whenever available, take Warcry at level 14, 21, 22, and 25. Take Great Cleave at level 18, 20, 23, and 24. Otherwise, take stats.
Why Stats?
Sven is a mana dependant hero early, and with stats we can increase his mana to the max. Stats also increasing strength, which is used for increasing damage from God Strength, and agility, to increase his puny armor.
