Justification: Yasha for MS and gives decent overall damage.
Buriza-do-kyanon....who doesn't want more damage AND crit?
Butterfly: +30 agi, +30 dmg(+60 damage overall) +30% AS and +30% Evasion....why not?
Diffusal Blade: +22(26 when level 2) agility, +6(10at level 2) int, Feedback(-20 mana per attack at level one, 36 at level 2 and deals BONUS damage for every mana burned)and 8 charges of Purge(summoned units die instantly, heroes are slowed for 3 seconds at both levels...not to mention removes Repel from Omniknight)
Monkey King Bar: A Mini-stun, Truestrike, +15% AS and +80 dmg? what more could you want...best bang for your buck here imo.
Power Treads- Agility: Movement Speed, Attack Speed and Damage
These are Situational items bought to my attention by CoolxFlaahgra, Eye of Skadi and Eternal Blade.
Eternal Blade: is a good item to get if the other team has no casters to nuke you down...or very least minimal casters(less then 3). This item mixed with your passive agility gain and additional agility items make this item a deadly one if used at the right time on SA. I have not tested it for myself but this can be a replacement for Buriza-do-kaynon if you want. It is an overall good item but as I said it is best to get this if the other team is light on the nukes but heavy on physical damage. Also makes a good combo if your team is nuke heavy :-)
Eye of Skadi: This item is also good, can be used to replace your Diffusal Blade if you don't want to go with that item, Skadi gives you everything you need...Mana, Health, Armor, Damage and a slow. I personally don't like this item when i'm playing SA because its usually gotten by a ranged hero like Visage or Medusa. If your team needs a slow and you have a free slot and don't feel like having to cast Purge get this item... Also assuming you don't already have an orb active(meaning Sange, Lifesteal (unless its Lifesteal from Vladmir's Offering), Diffusal, Malestorm/Mjollnir, Desolater)
and well....any "support item"
I shouldn't have to post those items but I have seen some SA's get some pretty odd items before... You are not a ranged support or a melee support(like ogre is)You don't need any of those items. As for Heart of Tarrasque....if you really really needed a "tank" you aren't the right choice, by the time you have time to benefit from the hp regen all the enemy's are dead or ur at 4 hp and it will take forever to get to decent health again. This is a pure tank/carry tank and you aren't either of those.
As for the cleave....it gives nice regen for hp and mana and decent damage but thats gold that could have been spent improving other stuff like going for Butterfly....and be realistic how often do you see the enemy clumped up enough for cleave to be useful unless ur Axe/Magnataur/Dark Seer/Rooftrellen? not often enough and as I said its not as good as a Butterfly or something along that line :-P
Lothar's Edge.....AVOID AT ALL COSTS! U GAIN PERMA INVIS!!! YOU DONT NEED THIS!!
Best Allies: Any one and every one who can stun/disable long enough for you to get in, own and get out like the NENJAW you are
Deadliest Foe's: Slardar, Bounty Hunter, Blood Seeker and Zeus(will explain him in a second)
Slardar and Bounty Hunter...they can track you with out wards and will make you want to rage quit when they cause you to get gank'd every time they see you.
Blood Seeker: If you are below 40% hp him and his allies can see you and well...make your life a living hell.
Zeus: Due to recent changes in his spells, his Lightning Bolt and his Thundergod's Wrath spells now grant 3 seconds of Truesight in area's that they hit. You will not take damage but they can see you long enough to know were you are.
Frequently Asked Questions on this build:
Why not get S&Y or Manta with that Yasha?
Answer: well S&Y seems good on the build but since you cant get Sange and Diffusal to proc at the same time, the damage you get from Sange and the slow it gives doesn't really compare when you can Purge some one for 3 seconds and remove Repel.
As for Manta....never really tried it but chances are they if you have time to get manta then you have wasted gold imo, Manta SEEMS good but think about it....they can tell easily who the real one is with one nuke which means u wasted 3 seconds and 165 mana when you could have clouded and blinked in. Not to mention Images don't benefit from Backstab.
Why Diffusal? Well as explained above the mana burn you get increase your (E)Damage or Effective Damage...Meaning you are getting every ounce of damage out of this item as possible as compared to other items. You can upgrade it once(it starts at level one and has 2 total levels), when you upgrade it refreshes the charges you have/haven't used back to the max and you gain even MORE stats and Effective Damage.
Why not get BoT or Phase Boots?
BoT seems good because of the movement speed buff it gives vs Power Treads but if you have Diffusal you don't really HAVE to worry about them running away...you also lose +35 AS
and +10 more damage for Backstab.
Phase Boots you do GAIN some passive damage for when you can't help being infront of the enemy and you gain the ability to phase thru creeps. When you active the Phase Boots tho you become visible and you don't want that, that blows your cover out of the water! You DO gain more MS tho just passive compared to the Power Treads but again, with Diffusal and cloud you shouldn't have a problem.
Why MKB and not bash?
Well I have thought about it and realized MKB doesn't seem to have a Cooldown on it whereas Basher can only proc once every 2 seconds BUT stuns for 1.4 seconds. The main reason it because of the Truestrike. It will help ALOT, say you are going against Wind Runner and she pops her ability Wind Runner, you STILL hit her even tho she has 50% evasion. And well...if you are going toe-to-toe with another agility hero they most likely will have Butterfly so why risk not hitting? I mean yea you can stun them with Cranium Basher but your chances can STILL miss while they are stun'd.
People that ask me this question are usually noobs and don't realize how good this item is on a hero like SA...I mean COME ON! Nothing is better then Blink Striking to some one and seeing a 600 crit on a Backstab as you shred thru that persons life.
Why not get 2 orbs?
Well simply put One orb can not work while one is up. Meaning if you have say....Mask of Madness and Sange...the Lifeleach/Lifesteel wont work when Sange procs and that can mean the difference between life and death some times is that 5 health. If you want to get Life Leach/ Life Steal(same thing just called different names) and have another "orb" active you have to get Vladmir's Offering which will most likely be gotten by a hero with a passive "orb"... Like Anti-Mage or Ulfsaar which leaves you free for your own "orb effect"
Side Note...This was my first time writing a guide, if there is anything I can do to improve it please tell me and I will improve it.
