This guide will cover the basics about this new hero.

Rizzrak is a really strong hero, with a great gank capacite, from the early to the late game he can cause tons of damage.
As all his skills are pure damage he doesn´t need dps itens.

The skill build should be like this:

Get out of base with a ring of protection, tango, and some gg branch. As rizz is not a solo wile in the lane, make a basilus, and your boot should be arcane as rizz needs alot of mana, later upgrade this basilus to and aquila, get an urn or a bottle. As luxury itens you should get a Guynso and if u have more money to spare also get a bloodstone.

This hero can be kindy tricky to use, but the most eficient way to combo, throw your chakran ahead the target for more slow and more dps, Timber chain at and use Whirling Death. This is deadly and at early game u can kill almost any hero with this.
