When do you have to NOT pick Lucifer? Never, meaning whoever will be against you, he is dead. Why??? King of Hell says goodbye. (this includes Skeleton king, huskar, r****d-mage and a*sless void)

Lets start, the only item you are gonna do for mana is soul ring, nothing more nothing less.
For start items you are gonna take:
- soul ring recipe
- a shield
- 1x tango
- 1x health potion
that's it, you are done, soul ring is the best because regen is the best way to gain steady hp/mp while farming.

Skill build is this (up to lvl 11):


1 -> 2 -> 1 -> 3 -> 1 -> 4 -> 2/1 -> 2/3/1 -> 3/2 -> 3/2 -> 4 -> whatever else is left.

1 lvl of death, at 4, just to make a big nuke at lvl 6, and kill whoever has the balls to stand on your path. When you need to level death? just look at the enemies lvls, and do the maths.

IMPORTANT! You Need lvl 3 of first skill ASAP, because you need to get the attack damage aura + 30% crits rate ASAP from the relative creep, why? because you'll never know when those retard trolling creeps will ever come back, and I bet you don't want to spend 10+ minutes searching for this bloody neutral creeps, AM I RIGHT?

Now what you wanna do in the game? You Need to farm these items ASAP, they are CORE ITEMS, put in order after you have done soul ring:
- POWER TREADS (carry right?)
- MASK OF MADNESS (YES INDEED)
- BLACK KING BAR

let me break it down for you, What is the purpose of this build? It is the beat the **** out of anybody anytime anywhere, without actually being useless for 20minutes like a*sless void or spectretard.

OK SO I GOT THESE ITEMS, NOW?
Now you start beating the shit out of anyone, as long as you are able to ulti you target, he is dead, no matter what. THIS IS WHAT YOU DO:
- YOU ULTIMATE THE TARGET, you can't ultimate? stop it, and retry until you are able to pentagram your designed target.
- YO I PRESSED R ON HIM, NOW WHAT? now start beating the **** out of him, PRESS W, get the speed boost, activate MOM and if you see any foolish support trying to help him you have 2 options depending on who they support him:
- they force staff him? f**k him and beat the **** out of the fool who supported him, this is gonna be you consolation kill and you will be fine anyway.
- they heal him? who the **** cares, keep beating the **** out of him, you ARE MAD, you GOT CRITS, you make ****load of damages no one will ever support him.
- oh noes! dazzle did his lamish light skill on him! rofl he will dies by ultimate DOT.
- oh noes! omniknight ulted and he is immune! Well your fault then, you would have probably need to ulti omniknight and beat the **** out of him instead of whoever you were chasing, included retard-mage or a*sless void.

THIS IS THE BASIC THINGS YOU ARE GONNA DO WHENEVER YOU WANNA KILL ANYONE.

Now lets pass on some advanced things:

- how to kill retard pushers such as nature's prophet and tinker?
get blink dagger. Oh yes, "but it is stupid", do we care?
Why blink dagger is good? Put this in this way, you get bored, no one on both teams engages, you can't get close enough for doing your ulti...-> IDEA! GET BLINK DAGGER!!11
now you can jump upon anyone and ulti and beat the **** out of anyone without them even notice they are dead.

FURTHER CONSIDERATIONS: We need to acknowledge that getting blink dagger means we get -1 spot on our inventory, which can really be game breaking late game vs RETHARD CARRIES.

So try to avoid it unless you have against an imba pro retard-mage or a*sless void with maphack that blinks away before you can even get out of trees/woods.

LUXURY CORE ITEMS:
- Sange and Yasha: You need this to get additional speed boost and major chasing ability which you need to avoid the enemy getting into defenses too much.
- Skull basher -> Abyssal blade: This is indeed to fight hard carries, but still useful against anyone, and synergizes with MOM.
- Travel boots -> if you are fighting retard counter pushers such as prophet or tinker or anyone who is lame and retard enough to backpush a lane when the enemies are pushing in team.

LUXURY SITUATIONAL LAST ITEM:
Ok right now you have this:
- Soul Ring
- Power Treads / travel boots
- MOM
- BKB
- Sange&Yasha
- Abyssal blade
Now ofc you sell Soul ring, but what do you get to counter someone who is bald enough to stand on your path and yet you struggle to slap him down?

- BLADE MAIL / to be used when you are beating the **** out of your pentagrammed enemy, to avoid anyone who try to help him beating the **** out of you, useful if they have 2-3+ hard carries.
- CUIRASS / Give good attack speed which is good since you have basher and helps the team.
- HALABARD, yo! the ultimate chasing item that gives you more str since you are str, evasion to avoid retard carries in moments like I explained with the BLADE MAIL, and a really useful disarming ability to be used when you are in danger against some retard hard carry melee and you do not prop any stun and abyssal blade is in cd.
- NOTHING / if you already got blink dagger

Other Items just suck. YOU DEAL ENOUGH F***ing damages, all you need is deceiving items to counter any attempt your enemies will do to help the DOOMED ONE.

WHEN DO I NEED TO USE THIS BUILD? I WOULD SAY ALWAYS. WITH THIS GUIDE YOU ARE INITIATOR/CARRY BEATER/ AND TANKISH what else you srsly need?

PRO OF THIS BUILD?
YOU CAN SLAP DOWN ANY TEAM THAT RELY ON 1 OR MAX 2 PLAYERS TO 2 SUCCESFUL TEAM FIGHTS, IF YOU GET 1, the enemies will be disoriented without their main carry/initiator/omniknight and would probably fall back if they are not dead, and YOUR TEAM WILL WIN THE REST IF THEY DO NOT YOUR TEAM IS FULL OF **** AND YOU HAVE TO BEAT THE **** OUT OF THE REST OF ENEMIES.
