The fire that kindles eternally on the visage of the fallen Elven (the spell-check says it’s Elvis) Archer proves to others that his undeath was a mere genesis. Clinkz seeks perfection in the arts of fletching and never hesitates in sacrificing his own allies for the cause (the skill should be instant then! good grief!). Still retaining his ability to move with the wind, he is ready to slay the enemy officers with his swiftness and precision in archery (yeah, then he should have a passive True Strike). The Fletcher fires arrows that scorch the target with the heat of the Underworld, bringing them closer and closer to their peril. An elvish (yes, still Elvis in spell-check) archer in life, a nightmare in death.

First of All...
Before discussing Clinkz, you’ve gotta understand two things. Numero Uno: SKILL AND ITEM BUILDS ARE FLUID. You won’t just follow what I’ll write here every game. Understand that n00b. No one will really be a pr0 without making his/her own decisions. Not one hero is an exception to this. I’ll just give you some guidelines to follow.
Number two: THERE IS NO ALWAYS. Get it? For example you find yourself constantly out of mana. Don’t hesitate to use a stat point even though a skill is regularly taken in that level. Another example, you are having a hard time with nukers wasting their mana on you. Just get a bracer. Don’t just always get this skill at this level because of “this”. “This” doesn’t just happen 100% percent all the time.

Foreword and Introduction
So I’m not going to bore you with fuck such as ‘this is my first guide’ or ‘english is not my language’ and all those worthless shit. Fuck them, how is it gonna help anyone play better?
This is a guide for Clinkz: hardcore physical DPSer. So don’t expect to own the game with him n00bs. He’ll need to farm, farm, and fucking farm. If you can’t even last-hit, feel free to play Farmville all day. Seriously, if you suck at last-hitting… don’t bother playing him AT ALL. If you disagree with this, how the SHIT will you play him?
Clinkz is no Mogul Khan either. Axe owns early; YOU own him late game. Clinkz needs items to roll; Axe rapes his enemies just with his trusty Stout. (mind you, only a fucking n00b will go to heart of the fight when using Clinkz, even with items)
Last note: If you fed early game, it’s better to just quit. The farm is much more useful for the others by then. An ineffective Clinkz respawns forever. Just kidding, take that with a grain of salt.

The Imba Clinkz Player
So you think you can dance? These are the things that separate the n00b Clinkz user from the pr0s out there. Meet these and ownage will be easy. I promise.
Farm 50 or more creeps by the twelfth minute mark
Know how to orb-walk someone to death
Can kite someone to their death
Can dodge any projectiles by going all invisible
Can rock and roll without a disable
Tough shit. You can’t meet the first rule? Get out. Play some Farmville and return here when you’ve got enough reflexes to last-hit. If you can at least answer “definitely” to three requirements (including the first rule) then consider yourself pr0. You’re worthy enough for Clinkz.

Hero Information
The things Paint can do… Sometimes I just marvel at the things computers can do now. By chance that DotA destroyed your vision you can go here for the statistics.
Being undead removed the meat from Clinkz’s bones. He has shitty STR and STR gain, just an average AGI and AGI gain and a very low INT and INT gain. That considering that you’ll eat up all your mana early game. A shitty base damage of 39 won’t get us anywhere, but Searing Arrows make up for that. His missile speed is so fucking pathetic you’ll need a lot of patience if you’re mastering him. Strafe will take care of that.
Pick him if:
your team needs a powerful DPSer
your teammates aren’t n00bs
you occasionally look at the minimap for any signs of buttsex
your teammates cooperate with you
you can last-hit better than your tower
Don’t pick him if:
your fucking teammate steals last-hits from you
you last-hit like you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
you like fucking easy auto-attack heroes like Axe
you don't know when to leave your lane

Skill Info

Strafe
Fire a large number of arrows in a short time period. Lasts 4/6/8/10 seconds.
Ability Type: Active
Targeting Type: N/A
Ability Hotkey: T
Manacost: 90
Cooldown: 60/50/40/30
Duration: 4/6/8/10
Strafe is your primary steroid skill mid to late game. The 90% IAS is simply awesome. AWESOME. Can you hear that? This is also the skill that makes up Clinkz’s pathetic missile speed. Due to changes in 6.66, Clinkz has now an animation (the bow has this orange flow something) when Strafe is active. Tower razing (backdooring) is Clinkz’s job because of this skill.

Level 10 - Strafe
Level 11 - Death Pact
Level 12 - Strafe
Level 13 - Strafe
Level 14 - Strafe
Level 15 - Stat Bonus
Level 16 - Death Pact
Justification
This skill build is generally followed when going for an early gank. Windwalk at level 1 is for escaping/chasing/scouting for any ganks that may happen. We don't take an early Strafe because you'll just orb-walk most of the time anyway. Death Pact is gotten at level 6 because you'll need a heal by then. As usual, Searing is maxed first, then Windwalk. Take stats if you get nuked all the time.

Item Builds and Justifications
Keep in mind that Clinkz is an item-dependent hero just llike any other lategame DPS hero. The faster you farm the better.

The issue here? Survivability. Our main goal here is to get as many heals as possible and also some beefiness.
For this I suggest a combination of these items

Gauntlets of Strength (150) – Always helpful to have some cheap survivability. Very helpful against a nuker lineup. If you’re a beginner at the “no-matter-what-it-takes-i-won’t-get-damaged” hero, then get this, it’s a must.
Slippers of Agility (150) – Another great item for a quick AGI boost. If you’re getting this, better take two for the best results. Don’t underestimate the 0.8 armor boost- its helpful.
Circlet of Nobility (185) – All around stats. Take it if you want a little of everything.
Ironwood Branch (53) – A little more mana. Always get one of these if you have gold to spare. The quick stat boost is better than you’ll ever think.
Healing Salve (100) – A nice burst heal if you ever survived a gank. Always gotten by the newer Clinkz player.
Ancient Tango of Essifation (90) – Your heal if some noob spams his/her skills on you (well sometimes it just works on Clinkz).
Clarity Potion (50) – You wanna play Boy Scout? Get this.
