far to much i see this hero turning into everyones feed getting killed left and right by casters and assassins and just about everything because no one seems to understand how to both avoid and deal damage at the same time let alone with such a low hp hero as this one, but with this guide i hope there will be atleast a few players who will learn how to weave circles around their enemies and become the most annoying hero on the face of
the earth

lvl 16: Time lapse
Explination:
Shukuchi is a easy firs lvl because it provides both a quick escape method if you happen to be the intended victim of a 3 man lane looking for first blood or more commonly if you happen to be in a lane with something like a confident Jugg player hoping to spin you to death this will allow you to avoid almost anything that could be thrown at you for a early kill. otherwise Geminate is also a extremeley helpful ability early game because of not only its obvious dps boost, but its harassing ability. suddenly each attack you manage to poke in there is worth two which for a good harasser is perfect for early game lane control. You will also notice the one lvl put into Urna Swarm, this point will serve the purpose of rune watchers if you find yourself in mid or a essential ward/interupt should you find yourself in a bad spot or the target of ganks, but aside from their use early game i have never been one fond of microing a bunch of little creature and abandon that idea for supreme focus on weaver himself. Otherwise you will see the priority on leveling Geminate Attack over Shukuchi. the reason for this is simply because though it would be great to lower that CD on Shukuchi and spam it all night long, but you simply lack the mana pool to keep it up so the points are better spent in increasing your overall damage.

Starting Items:
First priority should be to make sure that as a late game hero killer you dont let yourself become the early game victim, and your worst enemy throughout the game with always be damage casters given your low overall hp so this makes me think the obvious Hood of Defiance. yes i said it rush the fucking hood of defiance and dont you bitch until after you try it. this item will not only give you the magic resistance your low hp need to survive heavy nukers like Lina and Lesh, and not to mention that the presence of the hodo will make them less inclined to target you with the nukes if you do have the hood since you will resist alot more of the damage, and with this hopefully the will start casting on guys who even without their own hood will be able to better weather their brand of punishment. It will also give you the regen from the very start you will need to harass effectively cause no matter how well you do it. your gonna get hit sometimes. So again for starter items you should buy the following
1 Ring of Regeneration (350g)
4 Ironwood Branch (53gx4= 212)
total gold: 562
Hood of Defiance
2 (1 more) Ring of Regeneration (350g x 2 = 700g)
Helm of Iron Will (950g)
Plains Walkers Cloak (415g)
total: 2050
Now another perk of having Shukuchi is the fact that it allows you to go without Boots of Speed for must of the game without any real disadvantage so we wont be touching on that until hood and our next item in complete.
Crystals Recipe (500G)
Blades of Attack (500g)
Broadsword (1200g)
Total: 2200G
Yes the next item on the list is Crystals, and fuck you yes i know you must think im out of my mind saying to rush Hood then to go strait to Crystals which is strictly a mid-late game item but ill tell you why its a good idea. pure and simply damage. what most people wont think about when i say this is that you unlike most other classes aren't relying on your attack speed and agility to give you good dps. your Geminate Attack will make WORLDS of difference with this item and thus making this item a viable choice for a early game item, and later we will obviously want Buriza anyways.
from here we move onto mid to late game and you will best know what items to get according to one: the team you are on and two: the team you are fighting, but i shall give a couple examples.
Butterfly is always a great dps hero item, this item will best serve you in a game where not only do you need to be dps intensive but you need to be able to combat other strong ranged heros such as Drow or Clinkz and therefore need the evasion
If that dps is still needed to take out high hp heros but there is little or no threat from other ranged heros Radiance is a wonderful choice mixing well with your damaging capabilities though it does take away from your stealth since no one is missing Radiance's shine playing on the battlefield
otherwise if you are fighting a team of mustly casters and they are giving you trouble despite the hood then Linkens might be a good way for you to go if not just to drop it and go strait to a BKB and hit up the avatar ability to avoid things like doom which could otherwise fuck you up in all sorts of ways.
Strategy:
Alright we all know that Weaver without thinking of his abilities is one of the most breakable heroes in this game with both low base hp and unremarkable regen so in short we need to figure out how to deal damage without really taking any. What this will take is too see the opertunities where they normally would need to retreat if not just for the next creep wave and use those moments and turn them into a life or death situation where life is to keep running even if its with a bit less hp, or stay and fight back while your support is on the way and will no doubt kill them if they dont retreat.
Example:
i mentioned the idea of creep waves earlier. during early game its all about laning and minipulating the creeps there in to best advantage, and your main advantage is your mobility through Shukuchi. you can use this ability to best take advantage of situations where your opponent already knows they most move back or retreat and deal the maximum amount of damage by stopped either one top of him or directly behind him and sneak in 2-3 extra hits along with whatever damage Geminate can add for you while the head for the next creep wave, but u must be warry when using this technique because if they spec in burst damage and his buddy with a stun comes along it can quickly turn nasty for you.
Another strat that is the head games. in mid to late game once you have a decent mana pool you can pretty much spam Shukuchi as much as you like and as such is can become a great deterent in team battles because if your enemy learns that if they attack you you will simply run off while your friends keep beating on him/her they will try and hurt the one they feel they can kill and just get frustrated when you reappear moments later and they are already commited to the other hero, and a experienced DotA player always knows that when you try and split your damage between heros all youll do is die and they will both walk away with 70% hp so they will pick a target they can hit and stick with them leaving you free to attack where you like so long as you instill the message that you are more then willing to dissapear for a few moments and waste their attacks.
Now for the shady bit. Again this relies on your mobility with Shukuchi. This ability allows you to easily move in and out of combat and for this strat namely from the front to the back where all the nice and squishy heroes try and hide. I cannot tell you how many times i have while playing weaver come into a fight let the tank engage and used Shukuchi to slip into the back and kill their Lion before they even realize why they are taking damage because all of their attention is focused in front of them where their and most of your team are all beating on each other, and if you want to up your game even more on the stealth side of it. you might even consider going around all the heros and units just so they dont get the chance to see the ripple as you move through their team and there in warn them of your presence. sure you lose a little damage that way, but the overall effect can be much more...well...effective if you dont give them that warning. Another detail tip is to try and have your hero at max range behind whatever caster/ranged hero you are picking on giving you maximum time to react if any of the melee or other ranged take note of you despite this tactic
Now just a note on how to use Weaver's ultimate. This is really not a hard ability to make good use of though some people will be better at it then others the worst thing you can do it to just KEEP WAITING FOR THE RIGHT TIME. use to damn thing at lvl 3 it has a 40 sec cooldown and 0 manacost. if nothing else you can use this ability to play the mind game and teach them that any damage they try to deal to you is a waste of time. Otherwise on a more advanced note you should keep in mind that this ability will not only reset your HP, but it will also move your hero back to where it had been AND remove any negative buffs that were placed on you unless obviously that debuff is either doom or was already on you 6 sec ago and though i need to do more testing on the idea, but so far i have been led to believe that the time left on the debuff will not reset and therefore you wont take as much damage from or be slowed for any longer then you would have from the time it was cast on you.
Conclusion:
In the end this hero is really only as good as the player controlling him and will show no mercy in its reflection of a player who is new to the details of DotA, but for those who will take the time to understand the mind games and fine points of creating a situation where you can move in and out of combat while dealing damage to the most effective targets this hero will become your god and you will quickly find yourself goign 23-0 with a hero that no one really ever thought was capable of such a thing much like i did once, but i learned and now having read my guide i hope you will give it a shot as well.
Thanks for reading, and ill see you in game.
