V. Skills/Item Explanation
Skills: Skills are a bit more self explanatory than the items. I go Rot first for an easy first blood. You can use it to slow and do decent damage. Hook is a bit less useful until it is Level 3. At this level it has quite a bit of range and damage. Dismember is taken when possible because Rot.Dismember are your bread and hook.
Items: Well this is where you really meet the first difference in Ninja Pudge from regular Pudge. You get phase to enable you to Rot/Phase through creeps to easily chase heroes down. Lothars is gotten as soon as possible. It is your main item. Use it often and use it wisely. If you still have doubts about Lothars wath my replay NINJA PUDGE 2 and see it's awesome power in use. All luxury items are self-explanatory except Force Staff, This might be needed so you can "push" yourself into a crevice and hook and "push" your way out (thought of this haven't tested it yet or even know if it works).
VI. Ways of the Ninja
This section will basically lay out tips and strategies on Ninja Skills.
1. Use Rot->Phase/Lothars to catch up to people and slow them down
2. Use Lothars to sneak up on enemy and Dismember->Rot and team kill him
3. Use woods as a haven and a hunting grounds for hooks and Lothars
4. Use Lothars to set yourself up for good hooks
5. If you're not confident in your hooks, hook after dismember to hit the damage
6. Hide in the top/bottom trees in top/bottom lanes
7. Tank and Lothars away and then COMEBACK in and fight em and escape with Lothars again
8. Don't waste hook/dismember on illusions
9. Take Invisibility Rune always before you get your Lothars
10. DO NOT throw hook unless you know you are going to hook the fish
11. Don't roam too much but don't just sit and farm
12. Be smart, Ninjas are never taken alive
VII. Gameplay Walkthrough
Early Game:First off grab Pudge, get Rot, and buy a Basilius and a Tango and head for top/bot never mid. Be careful now and rot when needed and try to get some kills but don't be too aggressive. Get your HoD from the side shop (someone just said "Oh that's why i went top/bot not mid!"). Get boots back at base and start on your Phase. When 7-9 try to set up some ganks around your area. Hook->Dismember->Rot or reverse. Get some kills or assists, money and Exp. Start to get your two Bracers for hp and mana and by then you should hit level 11.
Middle Game:Now you should be working on your Lothars and ganking like mad. Set up your team to come out on top here. Don't be afraid to hook your allies to safety. Use some Ninja Skills and work for victory. Dismember should almost never be on CD gank and fight all the time. Pair yourself up with a Carry and let him get ALL the kills. This way you help yourself and the team. This is where you shine, impress people with your dazzling Ninja Skills and wow them with ungodly hooks.
Late Game: Now this is where you use Hook to initiate giant team fights and use dismember solely for it's disable. Start to try and tank more things and work for your luxury items. Don't be selfish try to stack your Carries. You are now just a meat shield that fights back. If you play Ninja Pudge right you should have enough fun winning/losing shouldn't matter to you.
